1.1 Information from Google Sign In

When you sign in using Google, we receive the following from your Google account:

• Full name
• Email address
• Profile photo URL

1.2 Information You Provide

During profile setup and while using the App, you may provide:

• Phone number
• WhatsApp number
• Dental registration number
• Location (state, city, area)
• OSSEOSURE product usage status

1.3 Support Tickets

When you create a support ticket, the following is collected:

• Subject and description text
• Category and product selection
• Photos you attach (optional)

1.4 Referrals

When you refer a colleague, you provide their:

• Name
• Phone/WhatsApp number
• Clinic address

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect payment or banking information
• We do not collect health or patient data
• We do not track your location in the background
• We do not access your contacts or files beyond photos you explicitly attach

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your profile within the App
• Process and respond to support tickets
• Manage referrals you submit
• Connect you with relevant events and workshops in your area
• Improve the App and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Where Your Data is Stored

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which includes:

• Firebase Authentication — manages your sign-in session
• Cloud Firestore — stores your profile, tickets, and referrals
• Firebase Storage — stores photos you attach to support tickets

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• Firebase (Google) — as our backend infrastructure provider, as described above
• Legal obligations — if required by law or to comply with legal processes

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access and Update

You can view and update your profile information at any time through the Edit Profile section in the App.

6.2 Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at implant4ugroup@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account, profile data, support tickets, referrals, and any uploaded photos from our servers within 30 days.

You can also request account deletion from the App through the Profile section.

6.3 Data Portability

If you wish to receive a copy of your data, please contact us at the email above.

7. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of attaching photos to support tickets. Photos are only uploaded when you explicitly choose to attach them. We do not access your camera or photo library for any other purpose.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for dental professionals and is not designed for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
